Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Notify us within 7 days of receiving the ornament by emailing hey@printwithmagic.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Assessment:** We will review your request and may ask for photos of the defect or damage.
- Return Approval: If approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label.
- **Refund or Replacement: Once we receive the defective ornament, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
